Photo Proof Required: To process a refund or replacement, please share clear photos or videos of the damaged or wrong product with us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email (rajdhaninurseryonline@gmail.com).

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a refund, replacement, or store credit as per your choice.
Conditions for Refunds:

Plants must be reported as damaged or unhealthy as soon as received.

Products should be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are not applicable for slight color, size, or appearance differences, as each plant is naturally unique.
